The snug room had a fine open fireplace that really set the mood while watching the sunset from the deck. Breakfast brought right to the room was a nice touch, and the little fridge had a good selection of tea and coffee.
The room's size is definitely snug, which could become cramped, especially for two adults with luggage-it seemed like navigating a game of Twister at times. There were also some noise issues. I could hear people chatting outside when the window was open, and sound insulation between floors left a bit to be desired. The bathroom had a shower door that seemed a bit finicky, and it could use some tweaks to improve the overall experience. While the location had its perks, I found the distance from some attractions inconvenient, especially for a spontaneous visit.

The amazing views from the Small Double Room with Garden View created a lovely atmosphere. Access to the coast was challenging without a car.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was spotless. The breakfast was excellent. Good off road parking. The people were very friendly and helpful. Very convenient for our event at River Cottage which was only a 5 mins drive away.
Although the bathroom was spotlessly clean it felt a little stuffy and would have benefitted from a window.

The breakfast was savoury and marvellous with fresh eggs from the chickens in the garden and had lots of food. The hotel was placed in the remote location close to Jurassic coast.

We really enjoyed the beautiful views and warm fireplace, but filling the kettle from the bathroom tap was a bit awkward. Still, a cozy stay overall!

The self-contained bedroom, sitting area, kitchenette was very comfortable and enabled one to easily relax. Having an excellent cooked breakfast brought down to you was an excellent service.

Superb break at the Netherleigh B&B. Best part: They bring a fried breakfast to your room, when you want it. Brilliant!
Nothing to do with the B&B but if you're visiting Lyme Regis in the evening, be sure to book a taxi and ask for the price beforehand as we got severely ripped off coming back past midnight.
